At Low 12 Leather, we take pride in crafting belts and other leather goods built to last a lifetime. Every full-grain leather product we make is backed by our 100% Lifetime Warranty — a promise of enduring quality and craftsmanship.
Our Promise
We guarantee your item against any defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If it fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it — free of charge.
What’s Covered
- Hardware (buckles, rivets, snaps) that fails under normal use.
- Cracking, tearing, or separation of the leather caused by a manufacturing defect.
- Any defect in craftsmanship or materials.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, or unauthorized repair.
- Normal wear and tear, including stretching, softening, scuffs, surface marks, or the natural aging and patina of the leather.
- Water, fire, chemical, or accidental damage.
How to Make a Claim
To start a warranty claim, contact our customer service team at sales@low12leather.com with:
- A brief description of the issue.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or a clear photo of the item).
- Clear photos of the damage.
We will assess your claim and, if it qualifies under our warranty, repair or replace your item promptly. If your item is discontinued, we will offer an equivalent replacement.
